I’ve just had a woodburner installed by these guys and would highly recommend them. I like to shop local and from start to finish the whole experience has been great. The installation wasn’t easy and many problems were encountered but overcome by the hard work and ingenuity of Kaine Alex Owen and Dan. Absolutely delighted with service and product
Having used South west fires before to install a stove at our previous house we knew and trusted that they would do a fantastic job. Alex and Kane at South West Fires are very friendly, professional and excellent at what they do. They suggested various options to cater for what we were after and were very accommodating to our needs. I wouldn’t use anybody else!
Our installation which included the removal of an old fireplace, opening up and lining the chimney and a slate hearth was completed in a couple days. We’re really pleased with the final result and the boys were very courteous and obviously took pride in their work. Our woodburner is now the heart of the home. Many thanks.
Did a fantastic job. Can’t wait to try out the fire. Very helpful and considerate and would recommend them to others. Would like a reply to my text to Alex about heavy small round disk found in ash pan. What’s it for? Should it be fitted somewhere?
Very prompt in there work, they did a fantastic job answered all questions and gave advise too, too bunch of guys highly recommended!
Exceptionally good service right from the initial discussion and quote through to the installation and follow up call to check that we were satisfied with the work carry out (which we were)!
In addition to an excellent installation of a new wood burner ( that was not straightforward ) Alex and Kane were respectful of our house whilst working. Price competitive. Highly recommend!
Very clean, polite, friendly, professional people who were on time and worked hard to ensure our installation was carried out in the timeframe available. Would recommend to anyone requiring a woodburner installation!
